Insurance Claims

While our partner contractors can assist with insurance claims, Foundation Repair Crew does not guarantee insurance coverage or claim approval. Coverage is determined solely by your insurance company and policy terms.

Engineering Reports

Licensed structural engineer references apply to our partner engineers and contractors, not to Foundation Repair Crew directly. We verify that engineers in our network maintain appropriate licensure and insurance.

Third-Party Relationships

The foundation repair contractors and structural engineers in our network are independent businesses. Foundation Repair Crew does not own, control, or manage these companies. Any agreement for repair services is between you and the contractor directly.

Emergency Situations

In the event of a life-threatening emergency or structural collapse, call 911 immediately. Foundation Repair Crew provides repair referrals only and is not an emergency response service.
